Does it matter what time of day I use this serum?

We do not recommend this as the product can easily get into the eyes and cause irritation.

Can I use it with eyelash extensions?

Yes, GrandeLASH-MD is safe for eyelash extensions as it is a water based formula that does not interact with the adhesive used to extend the eyelashes.

Will my lashes return to their original length if I stop using the product?

GrandeLASH-MD requires continuous use to maintain its results. After completing the first 3 months of treatment, use every other day to maintain results. If you stop using GrandeLASH-MD completely, your lashes will eventually return to their original length and thickness.

How long will a tube of GrandeLASH-MD last?

We perform freeze-thaw tests to ensure the effectiveness of preservatives and ensure product stability. We did the same at 40°C. We have never tested the effectiveness of heating or freezing.

This means that the product was tested in both sub-zero temperatures and high temperatures. The manufacturer tested the stability and it is very stable. However, they did not test the effectiveness of the product after freezing or high temperatures.

How can I remember to use GrandeLASH-MD?

What are the possible side effects of GrandeLASH-MD?

As flyaways appear, a small amount of product may be transferred to the area. To remove, you can use any hair removal product of your choice. We recommend that each time you use GrandeLASH-MD, be sure to allow the product to dry completely for 2-3 minutes before applying, as this is when transfer can occur. Also note that it can be used once for both eyes.

Can I use GrandeLASH-MD if I have had an eyelash lift?

Yes, they can weaken your lashes due to the harsh chemicals used in the lash lifting process. GrandeLASH-MD helps keep your lashes healthy and long, giving you thicker lashes.

Can I use GrandeLASH-MD if I have mascara?

Yes, you can use GrandeLASH-MD if you have used mascara. Remember that during the normal cycle of eyelash loss and growth, you will need regular eyelash color maintenance. GrandeLASH-MD does not affect color retention.

Is GrandeLASH-MD vegan?

It is not vegan as our formula contains a small amount of honey as a calming agent.

Does GrandeLASH-MD also work on the eyebrows?

We do not recommend using GrandeLASH-MD on the eyebrows. GrandeLASH-MD is made just for your lashes because it's packed with lash-loving ingredients that work with your lash cycle. Additionally, GrandeLASH-MD's applicator is slimmer and has a fine tip for easy application along the lash line. Also, since our brows are prone to collecting dirt and dander to protect our eyes, we don't want anyone to experience cross contamination.
